Pressure and temperature transmitter. (4 to 20) mA loop powered, 0-30 BAR
- Pressure, Temperature, Process Transmitter
- Dual 4 to 20mA output
- 0-30 BAR
- User linearization output for non linear tanks
- User programmable pressure, temperature range
- Datalogging function
- USB or NFC Configuration, data download
The SEM710PM and SEM710PM/DP (with process display) are dual channel 4 to 20mA loop powered pressure and transmitter transmitters, with user configurable pressure and temperature ranges.
Both 4/20mA outputs can be programmed to
- Output pressure so the same signal can be sent to two different devices.
- Output pressure and process temperature
- Output pressure and linearised pressure for volume or level applications
The 4./20mA outputs can be programmed over any part of the pressure sensor range. For example, the 30Bar version can be programmed for 0 to 10 bar, 0 to 16 bar, 0 to 20 bar etc. Traditionally you would need one pressure sensor per range. This helps to reduce stock and lead times.
The SEM710PM/DP version can display pressure in various units, a scaled process value (custom units) and
temperature (°C or °F) on a 6-digit LCD display.
A datalogging feature is provided within the pressure transmitters via either USB or NFC (suitable Android device) connectivity. The logging function can record pressure or a scaled process value with the temperature of the medium. The SEM710PM series can continue to record time-stamp data for over 4 hours on the loss of the loop supply and resume on repower.
A 5-point calibration can be applied to the pressure sensor using the USBSpeedLink software.
Using a suitable Android device running the Status Instruments the NFCLink Config app. (download from our web site) can be used to programme both the SEM710PM and SEM710PM-DP version instead of using a PC. It can also be used to view the process values of the non display version.
